Hey guys, I was wanting to get the Havoc heli just to fool around with in the house. Already flying a Belt CP and never owning a coaxial, the little Havoc Heli or similar seems to be a tiny version of a coaxial. Be that as it may, would I be better off getting a bit larger/better of that thing ? Like one of these coaxials here somewhere. Know whad ah mean?

The Havoc isn't a coax, it has a main motor and a really tiny tail motor. It just has a really big flybar/paddles for stability. It's a two channel IR transmitter/receiver (up/down and turn). You add a little weight to the nose and it will fly forward and then you just control it's direction and height.

It still is a lot of fun, and you can do lots with it (see: PiccoZ toolbox)

Considering you can pick them up for about $20, it's pretty impressive, just not sure that's what your looking for.

In that case, you can't go wrong for $20.

In that case, you can't go wrong for $20. There is also a "combat" version which comes with 2 helis and 2 TX, and you can "shoot" each other down.

Strange but I've been thinking the same thing. I want one a little bigger than a havoc but a little smaller than the Esky Lama. I have a 300, a 350, four 450's a 500 and two 550's. I want something I can fly in the shower stall while I'm sitting in the bathroom.........hmmm.....thinking.
