Just send me something that has obviously been returned to you.
I got a supposedly new $35.00 servo in that has a broken retainer clip on the connector so the pin won't stay in it and one of the arms has been cut off of the feather cross. I won't return it or complain to them about it but they can kiss the couple of hundred dollars I've been sending them every month for about the last four months goodbye.

I wouldn't do that without giving them a chance to make it right and I'm confident this company would but I just don't return things, not sure why but I never have and never will. About a month ago I bought a fairly expensive vise from a local hobby shop that when I got home found out that it had already been returned once and put back on the shelf, It turned out to be absolute junk. It wasn't a tool, it wasn't even a good toy. I thought about returning it but ended up just throwing it in the dumpster and I haven't been back there since.

So not only are you choosing to throw your own money away by not standing up for your rights as a consumer, you also chose to allow the business to deceive others? In what way does that discourage the business from taking advantage of consumers? If you truly want to discourage that kind of behavior in the business world, you inform others and allow the free market to operate. All that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing.

there's also the possibility that the company has a reputation for screwing people over and lots of warnings out there... not returning stuff is like throwing money away... if you pay for it.. it had better be new (unless you knew it was used).. if not, the return it and get it corrected of refunded.. or you could just send me a couple hundred a month and you'll still feel the same..

for what its worth...he(cactus hopper) has every right to trash whatever he wants...its his cash...he doesnt seem to be complaining too much. however, one shouldn't whine about what they could resolve, but choose not to resolve.
