Oh ya, you know me, I love being high... I mean... to keep it outta the rocks and such... lol, JK. I parked the front on the wall and the rear on the floor and then decided where to put the body. Minimum body to tire scraping.

Just wondering... I'm kinda new to electric stuff and runnin kinda cheap electronics. What's gonna burn up first? My Integy Matrix motor, or my Moped Bravo ESC? I've noticed reverse kinda flakes out sometimes. Thought it might be the radio, but I reversed the servo control and had the same results.

it all depends on a crawler i would say the esc ive only had one or two go in all my rc experiance because i waterproof mine but motors aside from replacing brushes and the norm ive prolly had about 12 of em go cuz they were geared for speed.
but in a crawler i would say your esc will go first

Hey OSUWINS, I think it looks like you did the exact stage 2 set-up? If so I would move the lower links back out towards the shocks even if its in place of the spacer, otherwise it gives way too much axel steer. I had mine like that but moved em in, just try driveing up a wall and the rear end will probablly take off to the left instead of following the front. I might be wrong but just try it out.

ive had no problems it climbs the wall, my problem is with the rear bent frame the driveshaft hits the rocks i think its to exsposed, i have dings and scrapes after just one try, why do they bend them anyway

Yeah mine climbed the wall before but the rear just didnt follow the front but if yours seems fine forget about it. I think they make the bent links so if your climbing a ledge or something on an angle you have just that little bit of extra clearance. Did you do the four link conversion? It makes a big difference if you correct the pinion angle on the rear diff so it lines up with you drive shaft better and its not so vulernable with the bent links.

i just picked up a ax10 today!im pretty stoked about putting it together.it will be a week or so till i start it,i have already made an order from the crawlerstore for a upgrade delrin skid plate ,front axle mounting plates and the saddlebag battery pack.at my lhs i picked up a jr650m and alum arm. i have a spektrum micro reciever laying around so that will go in it as well. all i need is my esc and motor and im set! the novak rooster will fit the bill!
