There is a 9 race series of AT-6 racing in North Carolina for 2002.

The planes are the House of Balsa T-6 Texan or the Global Hobbies AT-6 Texan ARF, with a Thunder Tiger GP-25 required in the propulsion department.

The SAT-6 PRA - Southeastern AT-6 Pylon Racing Association schedule and rules are posted on PylonWorld.com.

The first race is 3/16/2002 in Winston-Salem. Most of the races are along the I-40 corridor from Stateville to Greensboro.

All of you scale and semi-scale racing pilots out there!!! Please join RCPRO and get representation in the world of R/C racing.

Quck question abou the planes. I'm starting a HOB kit, and plan to use a little carbon in the wing spars. Is this modification permitted?
Thanks,

Yes ... you can modify the structure as long as you don't modify the planform ... according to what I've been told.

I want to sheet the wings, but I haven't gotten an answer on that yet.
