Hi ALL,
Decided to do the Canopy today,it took a good bit of masking but got there in the end. Sprayed it all interior green first then some primer so I could burn all the rivets on,the reson for spraying it green first is that it svaes you painting on the in side later, plus once you have burnt the rivets on and once you have painted it black for the chrome, you get all the rivets on the inside, looks fairly good. I added some extra detail on the canopy, hinge and some raisd panels.

Hi SJN,
Good to heer from you,yes the paint is German product, Lesonal Platnum, It's harder waring than the Alsa Mirra Chrome and just slightly duller, but you can get some great effects from it.I'm going to weather it all,and then with some fine grade wire wool scuff it all back so you can see all the blues, and purpels base coats.
