Will this rain never stop! We charged everything Sat but it rained all day Sunday too. AND it's raining now. Enough already. I'm retired, I wanna fly
Tim, that video you posted, I started the download and left to go to the drug store, thirty minutes away. When I got home it was still downloading. Is that you it looks like the same plane from pg. 5 video. Same day and weather too.

i don't think i have much chance of winning but when kathy voted for me it got a few of the other guys upset i think. there are several realy good scheme in the contest and some are a lot better than mine i think. i still like mine and how it presents itself in the air. all of you guys reading this thread need to go to rcgr@ups and cast your votes so you can fly a scheme you like. or just vote for mine and fly a scheme i like.

I was flying it in the second video. I was trying to show the rolling harrier dead stick landing but the camera was set so it would not zoom at that time. It's not my plane now, and even though the camera didn't show it, Randy was holding a bottle of glue, all puckered up and trying to film at the same time.

So what the hell happened to ICEMAN. A lot of us donated hard earned cash to hep out HUMMER get a Big Boy and now NOTHING????????????? If I have to go to TEXAS and get the BB and deliver it to HUMMER, I will......... I am heading to SD in july and will gladly deliver the BB. This is not the way to treat our guys in uniform. I mean we told him it was coming. That just sucks...........

Pissed off

as i said on the other thread, i agree with you. it's sad that he let everyone down and has not come on here to explain. it could be a health issue or something but someone needs to let us know.

I sent Iceman a PM. Maybe he will respond. He was last logged on 02/06/2008 09:43:26: PM. If I don't hear from him I will contact the hobby shop he said he was shipping it from and see if they know anything. Hummer needs his BB

HEY BOB, BubbaP51,
Send me a PM or email w/ details about the LHS that ICEMAN was using. I live down here and can probably follow upeasier than you can... I imagine I know someone at the shop. I've met ICEMAN (Terry) a couple times at Morris Hobbies, too. I didn't get involved in the project... didn't even know about it, but I don't mind doing a little "leg work".\

seems we lost a few post when RCU was working on the system so i will try again.

how many of you have gone to the other site to vote on the new spoiler ARF color scheme? they are doing round two now and the people on that site have very bad taste so we need to get as many as possible RCU guys with good eyesite to vote as soon as we can. this is going to be a great flying plan that i feel every one will love to fly so lets pick one we also like to look at.

I don't know if we lost the posts because of work being done on the site, or they didn't like our comments.

Thanks for the reminder to vote Randy. I got over there ASAP this morning and cast my ballot. This is more important than the vote coming up in November!

Well,
I won't go so far as accusing anyone of cheating but....

How in the ____?! did 21 end up over 4 and 10? The other two in the top five are a heck of a lot better than 21.
It looks like a kite some kid would be out flying. It is eye catching I'll give it that, but nowhere near the same league as the other four.

I guess I'll just pick up 2 splat's and customize one of them... oh well...

Hi all. Tim I didn't mean any disrespect.[)] Just looked kinda "spicious" if you know what I mean. I kinda thought the plane for Hummer was a done deal since I hadn't heard any more about it. Am I to understand he hasn't got it yet? I donated no small sum myself to the effort. Hate to see him forgotten. BTW, got to fly my BB yesterday and the weather was finally perfect. I went alone all by myself with no one to see or help me cause I'm retired and no one loves me and no one was off work to go with me and, and, and. Anyway, I took my Funtana 40 and my new WM Ultimate 40 for her maiden today and the wind was pretty nasty. I brought em both back in one piece so I guess it was a good day.
WAITIN' ON A SPOILER, GOIN DOWN, DOWN NOW. WAITIN' ON A SPOILER, WUP...........
