Status: online 		Wheres the best place to buy Graupner GTX 800 Outboard

Or is there any others that are as good or better

looking at prob 2 of them on the back of a meter long boat

Status: offline 		Well, I wouldnt buy one, since they're supposedly not really worth the money. I go more with standard surface drives or out-drives, like the gassers use.
either way, the GTX800 can be had from Hobby lobby or offshore electric, but I've never even seen one on a boat to this day.

edit; but dont get the graupner z-drive either, it cant handle any power.

could go with a RCM S-6(only one), but you'd need a huge lehner motor, not sure what size.

is there other brand outboards out there ????

Status: offline 		off shore electric is the place to buy graupner 800 . its a beautiful motor and outboards are worth colecting showing and running . so just do it. have you ever seen a colection of old inboard motors . not in this lifetime. outboards are tons of fun .if more of us became interested they would take off. bill payne

Status: online 		great colection ya got there the boat im going to build is a newer looking boat i think it would look great with 2 gtx800's hanging off the back do you think 2 of them will push a meter long boat like 15-20 mph???

the boat will be made of tin ply and balsa

Status: offline 		here is a couple of my latest boats. bill the robbe cilla and the robbe prinzess. with the robbe roqua motors on each. these are bothe discontinued boats and motors. the motors run on 12 cells nicad. bill
