Anyone built and flying the Northeast Aerodynamics Twin-Air .45? Wondering how you may have installed rubber pushrods on the twin tail version. Suggested route with hidden flexable golden rods seem really likes it will bind and put a heavy load on the servos. Considering two OS .46 fx for power (although I have a new OS .55ax sitting in the shop. Two 55's seems like overkill for a plane of this size). Would a twin sync be a good investment? comments appreciated.

If you do a search there is a rather large thread on this subject. It includes the actual development of the Twin Tail.

Doesnt bind much at all. Might use a stronger servo than standard if in doubt but the force needed to push the rods back and force by hand is not much. I had a heavy duty servo lying around so I used that one but it is overkill.
