I've built over 20 OMP kits and really enjoyed building and flying every one. I don't blame Mike for being pissed at having anyone ripe off his designs. His kits are high quaility. Jim

I totally aggree with you but i think he should get his facts straight before he acuses any company of such deeds, specially when the company he accuses deals with the same problems every day itself and is in no way interested in copying or stealing designs! Of about the next 6 releases to come from the factory not one Aircraft is available in the same size or anywhere near the design features they will have so why would there be any need to copy something that doesnt sell well! As for you Tim,I have a right to have my say on this matter as i am in a position to know the truth and dont think you or anyone else has the right to accuse anyone of anything with out haveing done some research and can come to the table armed with facts, not dreams!

Sean i am assuming you are somehow affiliated with TMPro since I always see you posting telling everyone how great the Katana's and extra 260's fly and how durable they are. Yeah Right! Those planes are both junk in my opinion. I have seen both fail, one in the air, and one with a hit one of mike's planes would have laughed at. The only good planes you ever built were the one's mike designed. Again this is just my opinion.

Mike, try not to let this get to you and keep doing what you have always done. Design the best profiles money can buy. I am pretty sure most of the people reading this can determine who is the stand-up guy here and who is the lowlife. Take solice in the fact that your sale prices are still higher than anyone would pay for a TMPro designed plane.

hmm....intresting...
OMP break through to the ARF market was with the TMPro Katana V2, 46 and 70 size..
Mike actually was involved with the finish of the design on the Kat's..

It was the best profile for the all year OMP sold them,
everyone loved them, and it brought OMP to be one of the leaders in the profiles market..

Well, the Katana V2 are the same airplanes they were when OMP used to sell them,
so I wonder why after OMP is no longer selling them they become junk and crap..

Guess you are no more then OMP sponsor or a big fan, and people who read this
or have experience with the TMPro Kat's, understand you are.

TMPro would never steal any design, actually, if OMP would not tell TMPro produced for them
people could never tell who made the Fusions, TMPro respect designs and the people behind it and keep it in secret that much.

Tim,
I would suggest you to stop of spreading roummers of TMPro
selling 1/4 container of Fusions to Argentina.

you are nothing but a lier, and for some reason you try to hurt TMPro's good reputation,
focus on making better airplanes insted of bashing your competitors
and for sure insted of telling lies to people online and everywhere you go...

You know nothing about TMPro, nothing about Daniel in person
and everything you say its your thoughts, so tell the truth once and let people
know you know nothing actually but only guess...

Please spare from me to start and show how many features OMP designs use that
I have personaly discussed with Mike about when visiting him and using on
TMPro airplanes...as for profiles offcurse.
Even that Piece of foam/rubber between the fuel tank to fuselage is something I taught Mike
and seems to be implemented on OMP airplanes.

Another Classy Comment!! I guess when someone has nothing of value to say, they hurl meritless insults to cover their short comings.

Once again, point out where I mentioned TMPro. Those comments you pasted in your response are not mine. As to the rumors, show me one of those??

Rumors is something you hear, 1/4 container of Fusions sold by TMPro to Argentina is a rumor, false and ugly one,
and you use the fact you are in China so people thinks you really know things,
no one can understand how big is china untill he been there, especialy someone has business there.
it doesnt have to be written here or somewhere alse..
and trust me Tim, I know much more then you think....much more....

I asked you nicely, please stop spreading rumors on TMPro..
If you have some facts to show, and you are not just being misslead by Mike
then please share everyone you want, I will then choose if to reply or not,

but when you tell lies to people its completly different.

I and my associates never said even 1 bad word on you, OMP, or anyone alse..
but you and Mike seems to do it whenever you have a chance..

I will try to stick with the facts despite the above. The Fusion copy issue in Argentina started more than a year ago and I contacted both Hobby 10, Marcelo Zini, and Daniel Kerner of TMPro. No response from Gaston Luchini, the owner of Hobby 10 or Marcelo Zini. Daniel Kerner responded and sort of responded and said maybe some samples were sent to Argentina but his email was unclear as usual. When I contacted Hobby 10, Marcelo, and Daniel over a year ago regarding this issue, the webpages also mysteriously dissapeared within days. There's an interesting fact. The Illusion 90 is no kit built, it is exactly like the ARFs we are selling. You can tell by looking at the pictures of the Illusion in the sunlight and you can see the structure under the covering. There are distinct differences between the kit and the ARF. These are facts. Plus all the hardware on the Illusion is the same Chinese hardware on the ARFs. Don't think I've ever included that hardware in my kits......no, I'm sure I have not.

And for the record Daniel, OMP started down the ARF business long before you and TMPro came along or the Kats. And the Kats entered the states also before TMPro came along. From what I know the kats are a generic Chinese design. They do not belong to Accel Hobbies, OMP, nor TMPro. You are a broker for the kats. Now I will give you credit for doing some good things but my designs are 100% mine as they always have been. There was a referrence to Quinn Coldren's designs being stolen by you. In your defense I believe that was actually Accel Hobbies which redistributed those designs.

Sean, if you work for or have a relationship with TMPro (which you do) then perhaps you should include that in your tag line so there is no misunderstanding. We all want honesty here so include your affiliations to avoid hidden agendas.

The bottomline is this hobby world is too small to be stealing designs from other companies. Hobby 10 and Gaston Luchini need to contact OMP to resolve. Daniel, you need to make sure the factory you passed my designs to do not redistribute OMP products. Wasn't that what your job was, not to mention the right thing to do.
