Mike, you should be more carefull who you accusing and in what.
Hobby 10 is not our dealer, we have a dealer list online on TMPro web site,
knowing the guy we would probebly never will make him a dealer.

If I wanted to steal the design and resell it, you can be sure it would be
everywhere world wide and selling everywhere.

you came to this thread accusing me in person, and TMPro
as a manufacturer to steal and redistribute your design, completly false fact !

will forgive you this time, since we are not looking for troubles,
but like I said, you should make sure what the resualts of your actions could be.

I like to fly model airplanes. I particularly like to fly 3D profiles.

The sun is out. I think I'll go do some flying.

It's more fun than bickering

Hum, is it just me, or does it seem like Hobby-Motory continues to dodge the question about whether he is in fact Daniel Kerner? In any case, I trust Mike and believe Hobby-Motory is Daniel Kerner, and he handed the Fusion copy to Argentina. Seems pretty obvious to me the plane is made by TMPro's contact in China and shipped to Argentina. I guess they thought no one will notice. Oops!

Can TMPro really sell stuff worldwide if they wanted to? I would not bet on it. Hobby-Motory makes it sounds as though they are a big player, but they are a small fry, in America and everywhere else. I would guess OMP or Extreme Flight sell more planes in a month than they do in a year. In fact, the only time I ever hear about TMPro is when someone is complaining about getting shafted by them.

Check the thread out on Nitro Models and QQ Yak. They just locked it down. One can cleary see it was a ripoff of QQ design.

This thread has been closed and reopened several times now. Because of some of the fighting going on here I'm locking it back down until we can take care of the indivuduals causing the problems. Once that is taken care of we'll look at reopening the thread again.
