When using this ESC and MaxAmps 5000 3s Lipo's, I am concerned about the LVC. It is not user configurable as far as I can tell. Do you happen to know the cut off voltages that it uses? And I assume it automaticaly detects whether or not a 3S or 2S Lipo or other battery type is being used? Am I correct in saying that the cut off voltage for a 3S should be 9 volts?

Nothing to worry about the LVC point is fine in the VXL systems. Traxxas has used our packs from the start and they continue to be the only packs out there that will get you over 70 MPH. Whether you use a NimH or a 2S or a 3S li-po the system works good.
