For the last few months I have been trying to solve an interference problem see….http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_6767368/tm.htm
I think I have found the problem. Today I started from scratch, I took my fuselage and the unplugged RX and I plugged in the elevators and did a range test. At about 80 big paces the elevators started to glitch. I moved in a few paces until it stopped and I put my TX down on the ground. I went back to the plane and started to assemble it and plug in the servos one at a time. When I plugged in one wings HS 5645mg servo every surface went mad with glitches. I unplugged the servo and it stopped. I then took the servo out and unplugged the HD twisted extension and plugged the servo directly into the RX – everything went mad. I then plugged a Std servo in and everything was fine. Everything is fine if the TX is within say 30-40 feet of the plane any more than that then the glitching starts if the servo in question is plugged in. So the servo is causing massive interference.
The rudder servo HS 5955tg sings constantly and now only jitters at maximum range tests and only moves the rudder about 5mm.

What are your comments / suggestions ? Both servos are new from the USA.
I am in Australia.

Mark,

Sorry to hear about the problems. While it is rare for a servo to cause interferance, it can happen. Hitec products are covered under warranty for two years, so if you send it in we will repair or replace it at no charge. Unfortunatley, you will have to pay the shipping both ways since you are outside the USA.

Here's the service info: http://www.hitecrcd.com/Support/service%20form.pdf

Mike.
