Hi all. Just to update I just ran round 3 of the GA Pro Series. I finished 5th in the a main and am currently 4th in points going in to the finals. Anyone that questions the Turmoil's ability to hang with Losi, Mugen, or what ever. That is your proof. I race Losi's all day and can smoke them. I love this buggy and the V2 .21 is crazy fast. No car that I raced against could out accelerate my car. I just need to drive a little better and I will start to get wins instead of top 5's.
If anyone is interested I will post my set-up in a day or so. Or you can PM me and I will give you my set-up.

i'd like to see your setup

right now im running 30wt in the shocks. diffs are 7/5/2. Shocks are layed down as horizontally as possible(like the rc8 setup). Running a picco .21b. 13t clutchbell with avid revolution bearings. havent ran this setup on the track yet. just waiting for round 4 in warner robins , and my transponder

which one do you have the rtr or the pro? I havent bought a starter box for my pro yet and I want to make sure I get the right one or that the pro's flywheel is a little larger then the rtr.

Hi all here is my set-up hope you smoke someone with it.
Front shocks: 30 wt oil, Gray springs no preload
Mounted top: upper center hole
Bottom: outer hole
Caster position: full forward
Rear shocks: 35 wt oil, blue springs 1/4 inch preload
Mounted Top: bottom inside hole
Bottom: outer hole
Diffs: Front 5000, Center 10000, Rear 1000
Front camber: Upper ball Blue spacer, Lower ball Black spacer
Rear camber: 2 degrees positive
Front toe: Positive 2 degrees
Rear toe: positive 3 degrees
Droop Front: set the front screw to just touch the chassis and add 1/4 turn
To set the Rear Droop set your chassis on something that will hold it level and allow your tires to hang. Then set your rear doop to allow the rear tires to hang 1/4 inch lower than the front tires.
BE SURE TO MEASURE DROOP ON A LEVEL SURFACE AND THAT IT IS THE SAME LEFT TO RIGHT.
Rear roll center: bottom center hole
Ackerman: center hole
I drive a high bite track that will blue groove through the day. It is very rough and very tight. As far as jumps it varies from 4inch bumps to a 4 foot jump in the middle of the srtaight that you hit very fast. I run Pro Line Crime Fighters during qualifing and Hole Shots during the Main. My engine is the V2.21 and I use the 7.5mm insert. This insert really makes the engine explode out of the corners with out losing top end. My clutch bell is 13 tooth and I run stock shoes.

I use the Associated factory team starter box (for the NTC3/GT). Works great with the stock flywheel.

The flywheel is not the problem. its the motor mounts. The rtr uses tall mounts 4 the roto starter, witch wont work. Use the pro mount or sportwerks sells the right mount.
