Status: offline 		I am looking for a plane for my new magnum 52 4 strokes, i fly in mexico city at 7340 feet over sea level, at these altitude the engine can not make whit a 40 plane (i have traied whith a trainer and whit a kyosho 40 messerschmith). my gp piper cub 40 didnt make w/ a surpass 70 and have to change to a saito 91.
do you think the T-craft will do it ok or is too big for the plane?
do you think that de magnum can be in cowl?
is it too heavy ?

Status: offline 		Lalo..... I cant believe that your Surpass 70 cant fly that 40 size cub at that sea level. I used to live in Colorado Springs, sea level of 6800 ft and mine flew great. What are you using for fuel, 5 % ? Dont use anything less than 15%. Have you considered a small ARF for the Surpass ? A big part of the fun of flying R/C is experimenting. Well good luck with it anyway. And yes the Magnum can be set up within a cowl. I had my engine inverted. And dont forget.....OS 4 strokes use 4 stroke fuel, Magnum engines uses 2 stroke fuel. (In most cases)
