It is much better with the Castlelink. I personally prefer the Quark programming myself.

with the castle link it wont load on to any computer i have that has windows vista. is there a solution to this

With the controller, it's not horrible, but you will have to have the setup sheet with what what all the codes mean. With the Castle Link, it is brilliant. The Tekin is a little easier after the first time or so that you set it up, but no where near as nice as the CL.

I have had no problem programming it with my Spektrum DX3, but I do prefer to use the Castle Link if I can. The only thing I program anymore with the transmitter is cutoff, if I need to switch between LiPo and NiMH packs.
