Status: offline 		I think it is hotter at my house than it was out there on the lake bed. Beautiful weekend, great group of guys to fly with, just wish I had brought more with me. I just tried to keep the camera rolling. I did get some good shots on film but missed a couple of them too.

Razor and I were talking and it does seem like more stuff is trashed out there than in years of casual flying at the local field. I had already cursed my flying wing when I said earlier in the week I want to sell it. Well 30 seconds into the flight and she locked up and became airborne-earth-drilling-equipment. I guess it's a good excuse to steal the servos for something else more fun.

I'll see about getting some video uploaded this week to relive the memories...

Status: offline 		Well, this is what happen's when you taxi back after landing when "RAZOR" is on the tarmac!
He think's he is at the "GOBOT COMPITITION" and chop's of your Jett .50 at the engine mount!
Razor was fully "NON INTOXICATED"!
I do believe that was his problem all day!
Everything he brought to fly was re-kitted and sent off to a 4th world country for compitition use!
Except "POP'S" and Dr. Speed's hardware!
I forgive him but I think the "MATH TEACHER" in the photo was a little slower on the forgiveness stuff.
I am just "JAW JACKIN'" on you Razor.
What really was the problem was that Razor had his mind on the "EVIL EMPIRE" all day and that is why he couldn't concentrate on his flying!

....I still can't believe I missed the Revvers Meet.

I got the damn virus from RCU last month, and my pc has been down. I put
my old one online, and it was working, but barely working. It got the bug in it

pc. The last message I got on my back up pc was post 67 on page 3, the one
about Mark F's garage burning down.

I didn't get any subscription notices on the Revver's Club main thread either, and
I missed two new applicants.

I've been sitting here with my jaw in my lap since Wednesday when I discovered
I missed the Meet. Funny thing is, I knew the Meet was coming up soon, in fact
I was out on Monday the 21st at El Mirage tuning up the Bobcat, the Sonic racer,
the Mach racer and the Delta Vortex for the event.

I didn't have the event marked on my calender. That is really the bottom line.
Sunday I was at the gun club shooting in a pistol event. I was looking for something
to do....I would have much rather been at the Revvers Meet last weekend.

Damn, I am miffed !!!

....I feel like I missed my best friends wedding, or something.

Had I recieved one friggin' message, I could have been there. In fact,
I kept all the planes, fuel, radios, and stuff in the RV, all I had to do was drive
over there....

....it has taken me 4 days to respond to my despair....It will take a long time
to forgive myself for this screw up....

Status: offline 		Oh my, so you just slept through it? Wow, what a bummer! I was really looking forward to meeting you and seeing you fleet. Seems like a lot of folks couldn't make this one for one reason or another. Maybe we can get another one set in the near future. I was a really nice day and you can't beat the beauty of that area.
