Here's a few pics. of the cuda I built for my eight year old son. He designed his own scheme and thank god it's a simple straight line scheme and one that he'll be able to see well in the sky.

Got all the paint done yesterday, all I have to do is the gray pin stripe and finish the radio gear. If the weather is good we'll fly it next weekend. It's 15.25 pounds without the aileron servos and ignition regulator so it should come out to 15.75 pounds ready to fly.

you could probably get it under 15lbs if you switched to A123's!

Actually 14.9375 lbs (you forgot to deduct for not needing a regulator )

Thanks, they are like that by design. I actually got three flights last sunday, it is a blast to fly at under 16 pounds it has killer power .
