ok i bough some intellect 4200 batteries that where racing 4 cell matched packs. and they were fully discharged and some had a wire acrossed the posts. how do i build 6 cell packs out of them without hurting the cells. also how do i recharge them sence they are fully discharged. i allready made one pack but and now my charger wont charge it. thanx

Maybe there's a specific problem with charger on the packs. Why won't the charger charge?
IT COULD ALSO be the pack itself has an open circuit. Try using a wall charger.
