Well my parts from xheli came today. Everything looks good but the pinions i got were supposed to be a 4pc. set and only 2pc's came in the package. Not worth complaining about, but not a 100% right. But i would still buy from them based on this order. The only reason i did thoough was because helidirect(amongest other sites) was sold out on the parts i needed.

Well that was among other parts that I received, but one of the linkage rods were bent, its a good thing its wasn't the one i needed. Also i haven't tested the new motor yet either so we will see. So far 2 problems but kinda small ones, but never the less 2 problems.

I've had it with poor service and mistakes. I bought one thing from Bananahobby and while it came ok it took 2 months. I stick to helidirect, readyheli, grandrc... etc. now. Never had a single mistake with over $2000 worth of parts purchased.

PM yadac123, give him your Xheli order # & let him know about the problems. He should be able to make it right in short order.

I've always complained about their business practices and lack of customer service

the thing is though they really are a very high volume seller and not enough staff to take care of problems if there's an issue

i know cause i've been to their warehouse several times. seems the guys/gals overthere are so overworked having one phone in one had and a headset at the same time!! swithcing between 2 cust putting one on hold[ sounds familiar?]

but please try to email them again and be a little nice no cuss words or threaths or showing anger...I think they are trying hard to be better seriously guys not trying to defend them..

they now hav a chat feature and before they don't.....also i had a problem and it took me 5 emails for them to fix the issue they keep promising on the email
replies but nothing then it was resolved. this should not be the case but again i've seen those overworked staff they have ...they seem to need to hire more personnel

I use to Walk-in to get parts but now they said not enough staff to take care of that so got to order online for parts and i ended up paying $7.95 for shipping for just $15 worth of spare parts

I really hope they do get better and do get your problem resolved.

Okay, some of you may be missing something here. I make most of my purchases based on customer service. Now purchasing from some of these questionable dealers makes me seem a bit double talk. Not really.

You see I am loyal to one store here. We go back a long ways but sometimes there is something I need, they don't have it and will take a while to get it or something is fouled up, so i go to the other store and get it. I owe them nothing because of their lousy busness practices. They know me and know i do not use their store.

So online here, Same thing. I use a few on a regular basis but once in a while there is something on some third rate site. I want it, I get it but thats it
