Why would they do that? I put a compliant in with BBB. I'm still being charged, this is unfair[sm=thumbs_down.gif]

I will never again order from them.

I have heard complaint after complaint about those guys. I decided a long time ago to stay away from them. Did you order a lot?

I tried to contact XHeli about order issues - no reply at all! I will never order from them again! The website is fantastic to look at, but I wouldn't order anything from them.

That sucks!!!
I ordered my HBFP with spare parts and got everything I ordered.. free shipping and it was fast!!!
It's too bad some of you guys have to experience Sh*t like that. I hate the feeling waiting for something and finding out you're not getting it.....[>:][>:]

I've also got everything I've ever ordered - fast and with free shipping. Their prices are what compare all other internet parts sources against.

Had a couple of minor screw-ups, but Andy, a Forum Host over at the Exceed Forums here, was responsive & fixed everything in short order.

You may want to PM yadac123 & ask for details on the cancellation.

Remember to be civil - he's there to help.

I'm sure there is more to this than we're being told. Most of these guys show up here to complain, then disappear. I've not really had any problems that were not fixed.

They have a F rating with the BBB. And the VP. talks way to fast to understand him. I had to contest the charge to get a refund started.
I just hope you never have to call them and ask why you haven't received a conformational shipping email and they say, sorry the order was canceled. I cant help you, and hang up.

i have only had one problem with xheli sending me a used airframe for my honey bee. i think i have ordered a total of 4 times from them so 1 out of 4 isnt bad. i called them up to complain and they sent me a brand new one shipped free that arrived in 2 days. so i guess it was not really a problem for me since they rectified the issue really fast and i did not loose any flying time since i was able to use the tailboom out of the used item they sent.

nuttcraze you 100% correct. i buy ALL my stuff at ka-planes. if you placed an order before 12 EST they will ship it same day. they are in FLorida and so im I so i get my stuff the very next day . super cheap shipping also[:D]

oh yeah customer service is number 1. gotta love them...

ps i also have been at the store awesome bunch. family business i think. father and son kind of deal.

Another great place for King2 and Belt Parts is Ushobbysupply.com Micheal poster here regularly and is a all round great guy to deal with. Based out of washington I get parts from in to Indiana in about 3 days.

if I buy a ARTF or heli from BPHobbies I get overnight shipping standard, Fedex is super quick for me, takes them around 16hrs to deliver it to my door (my E-Smart Kit got delivered Sat 8am after being picked up fri at 3:14pm), but BPHobbies is in NJ too, and they only use Fedex for kits and helis, parts still come by USPS, not the fastest customer service (which is why I buy my helis at Ka-Planes) but they have the biggest ESky parts selection I've found, great prices. Ka-Planes is still #1 in my book though [:D]

Xheli sucks, plain and simlpe! Only ordered from them twice and got screwed the second time. Should have listened to others who told me to stay away from those fools[:@]

YADAC123 is a Forum Host over at the Exceed RC Forum & also does Customer Service & tech info for Xheli. I've never had to actually call Xheli with any of the 2-3 minor complaints I've had - just Pm'd Andy & it was taken care of quickly & without any further problems.

Gotta agree that UShobbysupply is great. Ordered a couple of small items from them & they are quick to send a real (not automatically generated) thank you e-mail to me & also notification that it shipped. Joe at TechModelProducts.com is pretty good, too.

Man i just placed a order with x-heli sunday for some parts after i snapped the head my belt. Its comin tomorrow i hope everything's cool. Ihad to get a new esky motor also i hope thats not used. I'll post back tomorrow to report.

woohoo, my Belt CP is on its way from Ka-Planes [:D], might just have to buy the HBCP from them just to complete my collection and to give them (Ka-Planes) more business by buying a heli I don't need [:D]

I'm gonna be building my E-Smart through Ka-Planes too.

I'm going to toss some kudos into Mike @ USHobbySupply 's basket.. They have great prices, excellent customer service and really fast turn-around on their orders. Besides if you want to get one or more of Vic's Tough-As-Nails feathering shafts you gotta go through Mike.
