Has anyone tried this camera? www.zagicam.com It looks very good, almost to good to be true. I am thinking about ordering it. Has anyone had any experience with this camera system?

Yes,

These are the same that are for sale on eBay... for about $75. I got one, not too bad for $75 but range is only about 400 feet max for a clear image... I ended up spending $300 on a much nicer system after I got eh video bug with the cheap one...

I gave it to my brother and he is very satisfied with it... (or course he got it for freeee!

Wouldnt buy that system. I bought pretty much the same system as my first attempt and it was pretty useless. Bought a 350 buck system but it is much too heavy for something like a Zagi. HOWEVER.
I have since purchased an 800mw system using a pinhole camera, separate tx, and the whole thing runs on 9v like the system you were looking at. Do a search for seller on Ebay: Spylinker. Paid less than $30 for the system plus $35 shipping. If you have a high speed connection, you can check out my first video I shot with this system at:
http://fubar1.freeservers.com/RC/Movies/Grass%20Wired.wmv
I bought a second one and I plan to stick it on my 400X.
The system I shot the video with was mounted on a Bowman Super Scooter slope combat glider. The setup is similar to what you were looking at on Zagicam.com. I am very happy with it and have been recommending it to EVERYONE.
I do plan to upgrade to a CCD camera tho.

OK, apparently that didnt work.

On Ebay do a search by seller. Spylinker. He has an Ebay Store, Spylinker.com
It looks like his prices are going up... He is asking $29.99 as the starting bid now.

Hey!

I have two sets of those cameras.. one set is the 300ft one, and the other is for about twice that (although i am not sure which is which). Both work flawlessly.

The only catch is that I got one on ebay for $20 plus $25 shipping. It didn't work, so I asked the guy to send me a new one. Well he did, and I put new batts on it, and it worked great, then I used the new batts on the old one - it worked! So i have two sets of those for $50.

Anyhow, they are pretty good.. They have decent focus, run for a really long time on a 9v batt (both rx and cam). They will definately fit on your Zagi. but $99 is just too much. They should cost 19-25 dollars as is, plus shipping (probably from China which is where they are mass produced).

I definately recommend it, but not for $99. Check ebay, there are tons of them from different sellers, although it really is the exact same product for all of them.

Is this any good?, how about the seller?

Don't search for "Zagi cam".. because you will only get "special" cams that are said to be designed for a Zagi and will have a higher price when really they are the exact same product as the regular cams! Just do a search for "micro cam", "wireless cam", Spy cam, etc

These cams are really just micro, wireless, spy cams! Not specialized Zagi cams or heli cams...
