This isn't a radio question but it shouldn't matter. I've requested 3 times (over 8 months) and have been promised to get some replacement buttons for a defective upon arrival LN-5014 charger, by a service rep by the name of Martin S at Hitec. You can't seriously tell me that all 3 times the package got lost, cause there is no way in heck that can happen, sorry it just can't.

Is there anyone at Hitec that can actually go through with a promise?

That's not good! I don't know what could have happened as we are well known to have the best service in the business. E-mail me at mikem @ hitecrcd.com and I'll make sure you get them.
