I don't know much about electric power systems, but there are a couple of .25 size trainer options that you could build and convert to electric. I'm sure someone could advise you on the proper powerplant to use.

Spadtothebone.com has plans for a .25 size BUHOR with a dihedral wing, which is probably the easiest way to go.

I have a downsized Debonair that has .25LA on it. I am planning on maidening it today, and I'll let you know if it's got enough power.

Good luck.

By two channel stuff, are you talking about cars? Very few planes have two channel radios.

You want Fan Fold plans for electric or coroplast? The sky is the limit. Need to know what you really want before anyone can send you down the right path. Any of the smaler spads can be made electric. You just have too buy the right radio and engine gear to support the weight.

You could try www.spadtothebone.com for plans or try www.spadworld.net. Both are great places for plans along with this sight.

My .25 size Debonair flies great. I bet it would fly just as well with the electric systems that Tubeman has in his Dogfighter and Pizza Box.

Just build the Debonair per the plans, but scale it down to a 48" wingspan and 36" fuselage.

The OS .25LA that I have on my mini-Deb costs about $65US. It is a lot cheaper than a comparable electric system.
