Are all the servos going up? is there a link broke or missing? Or did you tighten the cross shaft too much, causing binding. Make sure all the pieces and links move smoothly and operate when the swash goes up and down, in all cyclic actions, elev and alerion motions.

Hi..
Everything is moving freely with links off, and all 3 servos seem to be working..but only one blade moves at all.no matter what position it's in.
I reset the swash plate level, and leveled the Mains, and Flybar...

try disconnecting the servos and trying the collective again(with motor unplugged), and see if one of the servos has stripped gears, sometimes a servo will skip past the missing teeth but when you put a slight load on them it will not go. Use slight pressure with your finger to simulate a load on each servo as you cycle the throttle/collective, should be pretty easy to tell if one is not doing it's job. Is it always on one side of the heli or if you rotate the main blades with the head does that blade stay down all the time? If it stays down no matter where the head sits, it's a binding issue, look for links touching the grips or bottoming out in there travel. Make sure the swashplate hasn't seperated from the bearing, look as you cycle it slowly for the point when the one blade stops getting collective and follow the links back eliminating any possible part or function overlooked. Good luck
