Sure will. Direct drop in. just will need a rear exhaust header

You really don't need a 18 tz in a RS4. It would be bad-ass, but thats a lot of power for that car. It will fit though, with a rear exhaust header. I also think that it has a slide carb not a rotary carb. You will have to change it also.

OS makes a .18 TZ with a rotary carb!! I just got it.. Seting right here waitng on my header.
