Thank you for the advise but I do not understand the front construction. Can you tell me more ? The end with the bolt is clear. That is no problemm to make. Thanks again.
When the glass/ epoxy on the wing has been dried sand the edges with fine sandpaper like 180 to 280. Later I will sand the complete wing for the second layer of epoxy before the primer.
I have used masking tape on the bottem to hold the aileron on the same height as the wing.
The wood is very dry so it has to be sealed. There are two ways use a light woodsealer for the paper on sailplanes and after drying sand it fine and lay down the glass on the dry and fine sanded wing. This method works very easy because you can move the glasscloth. The wood will have to be sealed to prevent dry spots in the hardened glass because with one layer of epoxy without sealer the wood will soak the epoxy out off the glasscloth and you will get white dry spots. These spots are hard to make wet again because it is half hardened.
The second way is the hard way and you wil have to have experience with glasscloth. You start with cutting the glasscloth and put it besides the wing. Give the wood a layer with the very thin epoxy and lay down the glass on the wet epoxy. Start rolling in the middle to the sides. With the top of the roller you can move the glass the way you want but do it carefully and only short movements. When all is done take a very sharp knife and cut the glass on the ends of the ailerons to prevent air bubbles. Check the wing if all is OK and start with the stab. The glass will hang over the edges of the wing, check the edges, LE and tips etc. Before the stab and wing must have been sanded (fine sandpaper) on both sides.
When dry the edges of the wing and aileron will be fine sanded. The hinge line will be sanded carefully.
I think the best and strongest solution for the belly pan is 2 small bolts in the front and one or two at the back. Glue a piece of plywood in the fuse and in the belly pan on the same spot. In the fuse the blind nuts will be mounted and the belly pan will come the bolt so you will see nothing on the sides. First drill from the underside the belly pan, drill al holes through the plywood and glass the same size as the bolts. Mount the belly pan with tape and drill the holes using the holes in the belly pan as markers to drill the glass and plywood in the fuse. Mount the blind nuts on a small piece of plywood and glue that on the plywood in the fuse and using the bolts to hold it. All must fit the right way.
