Where is the balance point of the QB 35% 260? I've seached and found 3.25- 3.50", but from where? The end of the wings and back??

yes, at the wing tip, measured from the leading edge back.

Has some put the rudder servo in the tail.

Yes I beleive a few people have put the rudder servos in the tail on a push-pull configuration, it is not a bad idea as it gives you a little weight advantage as some of the 35% QB's have come out quite nose heavy. I know with mine I had to slam the batteries back under the turtle deck (2- fromeco 5200 lithions) and the ignition battery is right on the wing tube although I use two 8711 servos in their stock spots on a pull pull for my rudder. I am a hint tail heavy but I prefer that for 3D.
