Status: offline 		Is there a clear winner right now for ease of use and overall usability (cell count, battery type, balance or no balance etc) or are there a lot of options equally good?

Status: offline 		I've got my eye on the Hyperion EOS0610I-DUO. Two outputs, high current, built-in balancing, PC interface and supports all major battery chemistries including A123s. Unless I see some bad reviews, that's my next charger purchase.
