I put in new servos on my AXE, Align 9XP, and they fit perfect, but everything run backwards now. The aileron and elevator corrected with the reversing switch on the TX, but the blade pitch and throttle is backwards. One way, if the the throttle stick is off, the trailing edge points down (lift) and motor off. Changing the TX switch the in the same throttle stick position (off), the motor is full on and the trailing edge is pointed up (descend). How in the world does changing servos make everything backwards? How do I correct the blade pitch and throttle?

YOUR A GENIUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, that worked, where were you before I bought a DX6i to correct this issue? Someone on another forum said I was screwed unless I get a programmable controller.

How do you get the linkages on with the blade grips flipped?? It wouldn't be even close to straight, almost a 45° angle!?!?!

That might work! But I have seen posts by people that only changed the grips that got them on backwards! THAT must have been a fight!!

i think they are also flipping the seesaw

if you flip only the grip and not the seesaw, the blades will pitch opposite the flybar...i dont think that would ever work

Here's a reference picture of a stock hiller head & blade grips, for the "next-time" you have to disassemble the head.

Couldn't you just switch the pitch/collective channel on the tx? all servos should go the other way.

My bad, there is no reverse switch for the pitch on the stock radio.
