Can transmitter crystals be changed at any time without sending TX in for re-tuning ?? Also, what about RX crystals ?? Thanks Bill M

Transmitter crystals may not be changed by the end user without retuning on 72Mhz as per the FCC. Hitec receivers will accept any channel crystal with no tuning.

For surface use (75Mhz) transmitter crystals are permitted to be changed, but straying too far away from the origional channel will affect the performance.
