Hey guy-It looks like the pictures I see for Vmar products. They offer several sizes of Beavers.

Peter, it doesn't look like Vmar to me;

specs don't match & Vmar doesn't have the little "winglets" on the horiz. stab

Given the specs and photo you posted, it looks exactly like the KMP Beaver I have. KC

Hi Fellows;

Yup, that certainly looks like the new KMP Beaver, saw one at the Hobby Show last November. Composite and fully painted.
I have one of the originals (fiberglass/mylar covering).

See attached pic.
Took a little to get it sorted out, but flys pretty well now.
Have fun with your model.

Regards
Randy

Hello, I was pretty satisfied with the flight characteristics, but I have to say I did not "build" that one. I purchased it from someone else, who had grossly overpowered it. It was a land plane version, and I believe one of the original kits. Lost it due to a recvr (or servo) failure while turning final.
I have just purchased a new one from KMP and am very impressed with the quality, fit, and finish on it. The only disappointment so far is that I had wanted the composite wing, but I'm told (by KMP) that it is not available at this time. At least 3 months before I can get one, so I will use the built up, covered wing for now. I will be using an electric motor and A123 batteries to power it. I'm going to put it on a set of Sea Commander floats utilizing their mounting system. I've used their products before and am very impressed with the quality and customer service.
This KMP will be my first ever "build". I was never much on arf's in the past, but they have apparently come a long way. KC
