I am glad to announce a new Event called "Triple Creek 3D Fly-In: TC3D!" will be starting up in Tampa. Hosted by Triple Creek RC Club in Tampa, Florida, It will be a two day non-competitive event w/ camping on Friday and Saturday nights. Jeff, the Pres. of TCRC will also be the co-organizer and club contact person.

Here are the facts so far:

Triple Creek 3D Fly-In presented by Triple Creek RC Club, Team Extreme, Florida Freestyle Aerobatics Association

Host Club: Triple Creek RC Club

3D Airplane Fly-In event, from Giant Scale, to electrics, and foamy night flying

dates: June 21 & 22

TC3D will be supporting the Boy Scout of America!

We are now trying to bring sponsors on board, and getting a Flyer together!

So..............my RC brothers! There is a Florida 3D Huckin', party to go to in Tampa, FL ! TC3D !!!!

Just wanted to share an update:


Mr. Extreme Flight himself , Mr. Chris Hinson will be at the Triple Creek 3D Fly-In (TC3D)in Tampa FL! Extreme Flight RC is TC3D primary sponsor, and Chris will be bringing down a trailer full of airplanes, from the new line up, the Outlaw ARF, as well as his line up of electrics, including the 58" Extra 300. Also he will be bringing some 50cc Yaks and Extras, and of course, the new 110" 100cc yak 54. Those of you who live in the Central FLA, and Tampa areas, here is your chance to own an EXTREME FLIGHT RC Airplane and save huge $$$$. On 50cc planes you will save over $100 on shipping alone! Okay event udates: Jeff W and I and some of our flying buds, are working on the the Flyer / Web-site and will be posting soon. The site will feature pre-registration and a few other goodies. If you don't know already, we are supporting the Boy Scouts of America, raising money and awareness of this wonderful organization. I too was a Scout back in the day. TC3D is really starting to shape up, Jeff and myself with the help of flying buds, are getting this event off the ground. Sponsors are coming on board and more are on the way. Chris Hinson of Extreme Flight RC is coming down with a trailer full of his world famous remote control airplanes. 1) Events Promotes the host club, Triple Creek RC and its county supported facility
2) Help expose our hobby to the general public with two days of Extreme Aerobatic RC Air Shows! And the spectators walks away saying WOW! almost every time.
3) Help raise money and awareness for charities- "the Boy Scouts of America".
4) Promote Sponsors' products to fellow modelers and the general public.
5) Local Club will be able to draw in more members with exposure from the event.
6) And most of all, everybody will have Fun, Fun, Fun!

Duh,,, with the WarBirds! Sorry, could't resist that. BT-14 is going up Tuesday, Bulldog will commute everyday. Should be a couple other Bulldogs there, usually on the east side of WarBird parking.

Just wanted to pass along an update regarding the Main Raffle Grand Prize! So far it looks like we are going to raffle off a great Prize package! It will be a 50cc Giant Scale aircraft. I am trying to hammer down some other details but Desert Aircraft is all in! I spoke to Tony Russo and he says that Desert Aircraft will be sending us a 50cc DA50R gas engine!! So we will be firming up other details on the aircraft and servos. A Complete RC airplane package w/ plane, engine, prop, and servos, just add batteries and your receiver, some misc. parts (and some assembly) and somebody will walk away with a top of the line 50cc RC aircraft, just by showing up at the event and buying a raffle ticket!!!!

Pilot prizes are off the hook as well!
