Inside of the pull start what attaches to the claw of the recoil was like wore down so it could not catch the claw of the fly wheel.

Huh, yes it's that ring. I must have wore down the metal too. I remember that it would not catch the flywheel. I had to pull slow to engage it then rip away.

No idea. There was supposedly a picture of one posted earlier but it got deleted since it looked just like one of the TGN baja.

Im thinking about getting a dx 3.0? Is this a good buy?

I cannot but I'm going to have Foxy do it for me. I have to message him.

So maybe I did have a plastic one? I may buy the pipe depending on price. Paddle wheels? Where did you get this information from?

It is not a "kit". Supposedly it is an upgrade version of the original (Aluminum and other various hop-ups). There was a big controversy because I was given a picture of their supposed new baja. It in fact was a TGN product and became a big issue with copyrights (which doesn't make sense considering they copied the HPI Baja 5b). I lost some respect from people here on RCU (I beleive) so I have not talked to my contact for a while but I may speak to her later tonight to get an update on all the new products coming.

I am myself looking to buy/trade one but I may end up with a MX-3S. What do you guys think about that controller? Is it any good?

Yes that is a fix but you are better off buying real HPI rear A-Arms as you have to buy a titanium washer (cannot be cheap) and have to keep adjusting it and so on. On eBay you can get a complete rear end set for about $35 shipped. I LOVE eBay.

Hmm well I do not believe that is a KM Baja because they do not have that vehicle. Maybe ShengQi came out with their own vesrion of the clone? That or they just got the clear body version, changed it up a bit, and claimed it as theirs? Do you have a link? I would be interested in this maybe.
