Paladddo check out Xtreme Hobby on 231 in Deer Park, or Larry's (at least thats what it used to be called) on Jericho by Elwood Rd. They might have what you need

you are sure you stripped the servo and not the arm?the servo saver is supposed to stop that.ive lost 2 throttle servos but steering has held up,after alot of abuse.guess i should be happy about that.

Pala there are a couple options for parts and servos. For parts I would start with eBay. A lot of hobby shops part out brand new buggies... as for the servo searches this site there were a couple options I remember seeing... One of the best radio's I think is the spectrum I have the old original one and it works mint! I want to upgrade to theDX3S...

I just noticed that your gonna have a problem down the road if you plan on running that in dirt. I see you relocated the Rx switch to the top of the radio box. That baby is going to stop working once some dirt gets in there.

whats the grade on the quality on the alloy? i was thinking of getting one as my beater so i dont hurt my SS...kinda scared to bash it
what did it come with? battery/charger/tools? 2.4ghz or FM?
does it have a aluminum diff, layshaft bearing, are the HD gears like the hpi HD gears or just called HD gears?
do you think its better in durability than the t1000 becuase of all the alloy

motorspeeder and everywhere else doesnt list much, if any info on these
and noone has answered me on the t1000's durabilty compared to hpi 5b/5t or km 5b 2.0 alloy/km 5b

Is the alloy diff alot stronger then the hpi diff beved gears ? I stripped the km gears that came with the buggy. They where metel and then i got the hpi ones and i stripped them too so i order the alloy diff the whole thing for 65 at ddm one day sale. that better then 95.00 hope they can hold up to the 29 RC stuffed crank!!

I am going to be getting the KM 2.0 in January. It will be the upgraded version, not the one motorspeeder has now.

It will have all the aluminum (more than what it shows now). It will have the vvc shocks, alloy diff, performance pipe, 2.4G radio, crome roll cage, the better servos.

It will sell for about $800 from US. I will post some pictures when I get my stock. I am also going to get the shipment of other buggies that will be improved. They will have all the improvements that the truck has but in buggy form. So if you wait until january, you are going to get more for your $.

I took the plunge yesterday and ordered a King Motors "roller" off of ebay from Heat Hobby. This will be my 3rd large scale vehicle. I had an FG Beetle for a short while about 3 or 4 years ago that I bought from Krikke R/C when prices were still good ($650-ish), but due to financial issues/divorce it had to go. Right now I have an XRC RC1 with tuned pipe and disc brakes. I thought it would be cool as a cheap way to get back into largescale stuff, but being an on-road car it just isn't very versatile and gets boring very quickly.

When the Baja gets here, I'll be pulling the engine from the XRC which has actually been very reliable and runs good. I'm sure its not as powerful as the CYs and Zens, but I'm going to run it until it dies and then get a 26cc or 29cc CY. I also have a Hitec FM radio and Hitec servos left over from the FG Beetle I had that will be installed into the new Baja.

I'll post up some pics when I get it.
