Very Nice!

That car is made by Shenq Qi not King Motors! So would be very interesting to see what the quality of these are like compared to KMS Baja
I just know that there TQ Bigfoot's are rubbish compared to Smartech Bigfoot.

So this is the other clone I have been hearing about, I wish there was someone near by that had the KM car so we could see them side by side....what is the tip off that this is not a KM? If anyone would like some close up pics of any area of the buggy/manual/radio...whatever just ask.

I am going to include pics of the front and back cover of the manual as well as a pic of the transmitter. As I have said I have not seen the real McCoy but once several months ago. This car seem well put together, shocks feel nice and so on.

If I get a chance to fire it up in the morning I will post a report as well as I hope some videos of the frist run.

Thanks for the pictures. That radio looks like the one Tower hobbies sells has their own brand ( Tower Hobbies 2TXP 2-Channel) . It would be nice to be able to compare all three the HPI, KM, and the Sheng QI.
Good Luck tomorrow have fun

I have the hummer by TQ and it came with that same radio. I used it for a while with a fail safe that I had kicking around and the radio gave me no problems at all. I finally got off my ass and put in my DX2 radio just to be safe. Have you read the manual yet. The translation in it is so funny. I killed myself laughing at the words they used in the sentences.

Yes this is a Sheng Qi car, first tip off was the box! as all there cars come in the same 3pce box, 2nd the car body color!
One thing I do like about these cars is not so much purple color! Yuck!!!

Close up profile pictures of the front and rear arms would be good, that will show if they copied the old or new version of HPI arms!

There are 3 manufacturers of Baja's that I know of

Kalee was the first, but you don't see many of there ones around maybe because there price was so much higher!
King Motors
Sheng Qi

Shows all the parts put not the profile of the arms! the old arms are straight, where as the new HPI arms are fatter in the middle and tapper from the middle to both ends.

thats the same as my brothers , it went very well . steering servo gears stripped [ he was going to buy a hitech 5745 servo anyway] the am radio has heap of range . i must say his car was the only one that was running after 20 mins of play time [ i broke a outdrive cup ]

What the hell....... whats the differerance...HPI or clone... you cant be mad at the clones ,they went out and made a baja JUST LIKE hpi did...(or is it BAJA PARTS,THAT STORY CHANGES EVERY DAY...lots of flip floping)

Cant we make anything in the USA ?.....all the parts manufactures or ANYONE who like to knock the clones.....lets see it....Make a baja in the USA please !
There are alot of good aftermarket items available...pool together and make a USA baja for the same price.
