Have you swapped the rear arms side to side to make the wheelbase longer? That will help anyway.....

do any of you have any advice on how to keep my front end down.

Loosen the slipper.

With the weight of the battery in the car...Take the spur gear cover off, jam a peice of cardboard or paper folded up a few times between the spur and pinion, and roll the rear wheels of the car backwards. Loosen the slipper to the point where the front end just tries to start coming up but then falls back down on its own weight. That's a good point to start from if you are interested in keeping the front end down and protecting driveline comoponents like the rear wheel axles (I have actually broken an axle). If it is still doing wheelstands at that point you cna go back in and loosen it a tick and see how that works out for you.

Glad your back. What have you done to your E-firestorm, because I race mine also.
I have ran the stock tires and they work just fine at my local track.
I also switched the springs around like you have suggested and it jumped the jumps alot better than it was before.
I have you to thank and influceing me and many others to buy this truck for the track.

Let me tell ya I can stand toe to toe with T4's at my track.
My first day at the track the T4 guys were like "WOW" what a cool truck you picked up.

I dunno he had buggy wheels on it also. That's odd....On impact he was maybe going 50-60mph.
I also noticed he ran a 10-cell pack in the truck, that's nuts!! lol
So that damage is acceptable at that speed. He clipped the curb and it flipped in mid-air. WOW!!

This is the video I liked: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TMCfk3TygjI&feature=related
