Status: offline 		Those wheels look nice, and they're dyable, but I have no idea what type of wheels an associated uses. RPM doesn't label what size hex it uses, just says it's for a 3/16 axle.

This thing is tough too. I was chasing around my nieces in their Power Wheels Jeep and was constantly banging into their wheels, twice got the nose wedged under their wheels. And of course, once, it got completely run over squarely by their back wheel. The body got crunched (that popped right out), and the ESC popped loose (that popped right back in). Wife's family was shocked since they'd never seen a hobby-grade vehicle before...

I'm enjoying it mightily!!

Still dont know what to put those in yet...If I even will use em'...ha
Although I've never popped wheelies with it either like you were doing..lol
I'll be sure to race it again at my local track this weekend, and watch the slash race again.
Might even take the camera along.

I stuck the stock electronics into a Tamiya Pumpkin [insert evil laugh here], yes, a 15 turn Pumpkin!

Status: offline 		the rpm rims will fit but you may have to order just rears, bring your truck to your lhs and see if the rims fit, if your lhs is cool they'll let you try them on. also i was running a checkpoint 12x2 brushed in mine before i went brushless and it kept up with the brushless guys, if you got the cash to get one it'll keep up, just remember to oil the bearings before break in, and after

maybe BAD ESC SETTING ( too much power ) ?

maybe SLIPPER NUT too MUCH TIGHT ( I used it to get wheelies on demands into tarmac/grass from my lipo 2s 7.4v )

there is my ESC setting :


brake amount : 50%
reverse throttle : 60%
punch control : 50%
drag Brake : disabled
start power : low
motor timing : lowest
arming time : 1.5 seconds
throttle dead band : average (0.1000 ms (*)

throttle curve = default
brake curve = default

PS : I run it on Mamba Max 5700 / Mamba Max ESC

Just start lubricating the diff shafts and rear axle on both ends of dog bones.
You are running them dry.

I use a syringe to apply grease.
Since there will be dirt mixed with grease after a run or so, I first give it a squirt of WD40 to loosen the grease and then reapply grease using pressure of syringe. This replaces the old dirty lubricant with fresh lubricant.
I save opening up the rear part for lubrication even now and then
