I don't know what's going on with this thread, maybe it's too general. I just thought it would be nice to hear from all kinds of thunder tiger people. Since we all run the ultimate underratted vehicles out there, maybe we could all share tips and tricks that could possiblly apply to a different class of racing. like buggy tips that could apply to truggies etc.
Here's a pic of my st-1 in the jumping contest last year Got 3rd! First place did 3 backflips I could only manage 1 with the tires I had on, but as you can see I got some SICK AIR!!

Here is my St-1. I usually just run it at the track but took it out yesterday and bashed around a little. Got another body on the way and will try a more colorful paintjob. I'll post more pics when I get it done.

You must finish to win. Last year I won a race due to the others breaking , testament to the build quality of our TTR's Now if we could just get the service we deserve.

We still have quite a bit of snow on our tracks here, but it's melting fast though, too fast maybe, my nieghbor's basement flooded today, I just got back from there, it's now 12:30 am here. I hope my basement doesn't flood, ...not surprising though, we got a record 16 plus feet of snow this year.

C'MON SUN!!!

Nice ched, send us those pics.

I just got my ace 1015 finally, and the center diff mounts, and the aluminum servo saver from TT4U, it takes alot longer to deliver to Canada by the time it goes through customs and all. I'm going ti install them tonight hopefully, no big hurry we still have 2' of snow here melting fast though

I've got a DT-10 and an EK-4...

The DT-10 is upgraded with an OS engine, goes like a violated ape and the EK-4 is more or less stock...but I haven't managed to get it to run 100%...

I have an S3, and an older .21 ttr engine that I finally got to fit in the buggy. I converted to the flat chassis, and now my starter box flywheel doesn't even come close to the engine flywheel. I really don't want to use the pull start. Does anyone know how I can get this to work without grinding the chassis away?
Someone told me to use an MGT flywheel that it is much bigger, is this true?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey dirthead I'm using a ofna 35mm flywheel I believe. You just need to find one that size or bigger. I'm not sure how much bigger. Maybe mount you motor up on chassis and actually measure the flywheel to the chassis to get an idea of what you need. Good luck.
