Post some pics of the twisted shafts, ha!!

They're coming. I promise I'll have them by this time next week. I'm currently editing a bunch of pictures for a little build article of the CR01 I'm doing for my brother's site. When everything is up I'll let everyone know and I'll post some pictures, twisted shafts included.

Clear lense! I think a few posts back you mentioned painting the body yellow. Yellow body with yellowish lense just doesn't jive. At least not w/ the image in my head

Thinking about putting a Wild Willy inside the Landcruiser.. Might not look so scale, eh?! But then, it is a pretty big shell, so it would fit easily.. and w/ them big tires, not like it is scale anyway... what do you think?!

Yeah, I think it might look okay as the shell of Landcruiser is actually quite large.. (certainly bigger than the Wild Willy shell) and with the big tires (125mm), Willy might not look so out of place!

I masked up the shell last night.. (should have used liquid mask.. it is pretty complicated.. ha!) So hopefully, get the paint job going tonight!

Can't wait to see the paint!

Yea that new Unimog body looks awesome. The wheelbase looks longer too, though that could be an illusion.

I think it is the same kit w/ Unimog shell.. but you could be right.. I mean, w/ a 4-link setup, Tamiya could have easily stretch the wheelbase.. but I think it is identical.. !!
