Hey Tom, Just cuirous. The 35%er Extra, what do u reckommend?? the 85 or the new lighten version of the 100??
i have always wanted a 100 im not worried bout price i just dont to try and save money if im not going to be happy with the 85 on power..
What do u suggest ??

As far as I can see the only reason to buy the 100 is fort looks and sound.

Some people still prefer the look of a twin, the big single with the cylinder hanging down from the cowl is not as pretty.

And the sound is definitely quieter. The DA-85 is very difficult to make quiet, even with a good canister setup it's marginal on sound.

As far as power and flying I prefer the 85 because of its lighter weight and equal power.

Im thinking the da 85 just want to be sure before outlaying the money!!

Now does the extra 105" come with tamplate and so fourth for easy installation??

There is a mounting template in the back of the DA85 manual.

The 105" Extra should have a template with it, if not I think Ian has them.
