Is there any way to turn off the throttle failsafe when using a Spektrum Airmod?

choose the hold option one setting is up the other is down it reads hold on one direction and failsafe or FS on the other option choose this for the throttle as you will also see u have those optoons under all surfaces ie rudder, elevator, ailerons, gear.....and so forth
