Hi guys thanks for all the kind comments ill be sure to keep you all updated on my progress, nothing much to report today, got all the frames epoxied to the bottom now so its left to set .As for the motor it will be a modded zen which should push it pretty well all been well.Im getting it from Ken cheers mate its used but only recently modded ,heres a link to one its the ss modded one.I havent decided on a pipe setup for it yet, will be a 90% header though pluss i will need to extend the pipe after the stinger to exit the transome this will be done using some ali tube and a silicon flex coupling.Thats the standard setup for these boats apparently,no the extension doesnt alter the tuned length so long as its after the stinger or muffler and the tubes not narrower than the muffler .

Mart maybe one of the pipes we have here, the CS23 or similar, being a bit longer with the silencing section would fit nice to let the end of the pipe out the back without having to extend it. Same one as Brod is running now, maybe measure his up to see if it'll go in there OK?

I would stick with a pipe designed for petrol motors, the rossi pipe will be off a glow motor and I suspect the expansion chamber volume will be smaller. If it is a tuned motor you are fitting then I would go for the CS23 pipe or similar.

well its a .90 pipe but was also listed as for use on zenoah motors,i got it cheap for the weedy motor but its only been used once had problems with the header so took it off.i know the guy who i got it from has used them on zens and sikks but your probably right.

Jamie the beers for drinking lol,the weights needed to keep things flat to the bottom while gluing if id had two concrete blocks id have used them but couldnt find another .Should get the sponson sides and bottom on tomorrow,no rush .Im also thinking of a side exit for the exhaust instead of out the back, ill just use part of an old header as a bend to exit.
