Hello to all. I wanted to say first, that I ordered my plane from AEROWORKS, a 300 Extra from CA Models. The strength of the Aeroworks name is what brought me to the site, and they were nothing but nice to me... even gave me free shipping, (because they wont have room for it at Joe Nall). I really appreciate that... and indeed, my next project probably will be an Aeroworks. The question is, what is the relationship between CA Models and Aeroworks? Is it laser cut at the same place? Is the build done at the same facility? Or is CA just a seperate brand carried by Aeroworks? Thanks-

CA used to cut our 540T kits a year or so ago but other than that it is a totally seperate brand name that we were selling as the U.S. Distributor.

Oh, alright Mark. I knew that many of the CA designs were from Marcelo Colombo (hence, Colombo/Anderson). Kind of got the sense that this was a product that Aeroworks is sort of phasing out at this point.... and that really wouldn't suprise me with so much on the radar (new AW kits) soon to be released. Maybe they will just continue to distribute the pattern planes at this point... thats my guess.

Actually we are no longer importing the CA line of kits, what we have left is all we will have in. The new distributor is NetBoxHobbies in florida.
