I haven't been this excited about an RC in a while. Yes there are bigger tougher systems out there but this little guy is fast, tough and is upgraded by all of the parts taken off of my other RC's. All upgrades so far have been free. Not too many other needed upgrades. I have shocks, bearings and shock towers on their way. I also want to upgrade the upper arms to turnbuckles. I would like to do the stub axle mod too so 1/10th wheels fit better.

I took it out last night and went through 3 stick packs (All GP3300's) and got about 20-25 minutes out of each. I bounced it off of trees, rocks, tires of parked cars and nothing broke. The center of gravity is so low that it rarely flipped on too sharp a turn. AND the best part it does not take a Stadium truck body.. well maybe not the best part but good.

Lastly as an added bonus, I live in Fullerton, CA which is shares a border with Placentia, CA which is where CEN is headquartered. Parts should not be an issue here.

That is the great thing about this truck, you get all of the advantages of a 10th scale truck in a 16th scale package. Monster 540 size motor power, drive train to hold all that power. full sub C size battery pack for long run times.
Here is my latest upgrade. 12mm wheel extensions. As you can see in the pictures, there is a huge difference in width of the foot print. The first picture shows the extensions on the rear and not the front to show the difference. I now have a total of 12.5" in width that is 1" wider than the 11.5" length. that length measurement is from the front of the front tire to the rear of the rear tire. Also note that these measurements are with offset wheels.

Now with wheelie bar installed.
The pic on the stairs is to show what the wheelie ride height is like.

I usually tighten my slipper all the way down and then back it off two turns and tweak from there.
Cool, I hope it arrives in good shape so you can get to bashin

WOOO I got mine today!!!

Gave it a run on a Venom 3000 mAh pack, all i can say is

Then i realised that it wasnt charged properly Now all i can say is WOW!!!!!

It has STACKS of power and acceleration!! It almost doesnt need a BL system, although knowing me, ill end up with one in the end. I LOVE UNNESSCARY POWER!!!

There is HEAPS i want to do to it. Ball bearings (can somone give me the proper dimensions and how many i will need?), adjustable tie rods, new shoes, new cheapish brushed motor, wheelie bar (im gunna need it!), new shocks, hopefully a new body (the stocker was disappointing ) and i should probably stop now!

NB.

Thanks Dokioto, it does look slightly funny with them on.
Ebay is definitely the cheapest I have found them. Prado Hobby shop has the best prices and they have been very nice to me.
The bearing sizes are right in your manual. 5 X 11 X 4

This Reedy motor will set your truck on fire

You know of course, you are going to have to upgrade your esc, no matter what motor upgrade you get, right?
Nitro_burner, I believe you left esc out of your upgrade list, it is one of the most important upgrades.
Check out thetoyz.com for the shocks. They have some good prices and service.

Question for you experts:
http://cgi.ebay.com/NIB-378-Reedy-Ti-Titanium-12x2-Modified-Motor_W0QQitemZ360051764584QQihZ023QQcategoryZ34061QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Sounds like a nice motor. But since my friend and I both need one I was looking again and found this one:
http://cgi.ebay.de/338-Reedy-Titanium-TI-12x2-Euro-Wind-Modified-Motor_W0QQitemZ290106067052QQihZ019QQcategoryZ34061QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem

Would that be the same? What does the EURO mean?

If you ever get the chance to roll on down to Oange county you can go to Ultimate Hobbies in Orange (55 fwy and Katella). They have them for $139.99. That is where I got mine. It is a huge hobby shop and they have great prices on everything. You can also search their website ultimatehobbies.net but it would be a shame to pay tax and shipping when you don't live that far away.

The bearings are standard 5x11x4mm I ordered a set of 8 on tower hobbies for like $12 or you can go to Boca Bearings and get the good stuff!!
