I have a HS-422 that does nothing, completely dead. I looked at your fixed rate fee and didn't see anything in reference to a dead servo. I understand shipping back to me is $4.99, but how much is the service to get it working again? No sure what's wrong with it, it just quit working from one day to the next.

If it is less than two years old then we will cover it under warranty and it will only cost you the shipping to get it to us. If it's not under warranty then it depends on what is wrong with it as to what the charge would be. If it is not economical to repair then we would charge you the fixed cost replacement of $8 plus shipping. Mike.
