SoCalSal -> XPS & Multiplex EVO 9 (3/29/2008 8:09:16 PM)

Hi, I have a EVO 9. I see that XPS has a conversion set that will work for the EVO. My question is do you think this is a good 2.4 system for the EVO? There seems to be some talk on the different web-sites that are very negitive as far as the XPS is concerned. To be clear they say that XPS states that it will "hop" to a different channel if it needs to. But some guy has tested it and says XPS won't hop no matter what he trys.

I love may EVO but now I have these questions or doubts about the XPS system.
What are your thoughts on this??
Thanks for any input you may provide.

You will have to make up your own mind on XPS, but remember to take what you read with a grain of salt. There have been reported problems with all brands of 2.4 systems; there is no "perfect" system out there.

Mike.
