Status: offline 		I have a Staudacher 300 S from Thunder Tiger, the plane flys beautyfully but the wings are all bit up I was wondering if i should buld new wings from foam or should I order new ones, (they are 100 bucks new) I don't know how to build and have ever done it before no experience on cutting foam or sheeting, I was wondering if will be cheaper to build ones and if it is, if you guys know some web site or some forum on HOW TO.

Status: offline 		thats the arf generation. read the forums and redo the wing. get a good tracing of a rib. try building, BTW what is wong the the wing looks ok form the pics. ill help you pm me

Status: offline 		You don't say if the wings are sheeted foam or built up. Regardless, if they are structurally sound, you can strip the covering and repair the dings. A little sandpaper, spackle and you should be good to go. It's a good way to learn covering and minor repair.

Status: offline 		If they're balsa sheeted where the dings are, pinprick the covering over the dings, put a small wad of damp paper towel over the ding, and hit it with the iron for a bit. The steam will cause the balsa to swell and fill the dings. If the spots are at all soft after, soak in a bit of thin ca.

But the wings look fine to me....
