I put 3 flights on my plane before stripping out the idler gear on an HS-85BB running 6v. The plane requires 30oz servos, so I thought these would hold but apparently not. I should send it in for warranty but I dont think my problems would be solved and I dont want to wait for service. Can I get a gear kit and upgrade my 85BB to 85MG? Thank you
Adam

Yes, the metal gears will drop right in.

What model was it?

Mike.

Who sells the gear kits cheaper than Tower? Its 17 bucks for a kit. Thats more than TWICE the price from the difference of the two servos. 7 dollars is the price difference between the two. I need 4 kits! Please tell me Hitec sells them for what they are worth.

Try Hobby Horse or Servo City. Sometimes they discount the small stuff more that Tower.

Mike.
