i was adding some ultracote - over ultracote - and after i applied it i determined i did not like the look. So, I applied heat again and pulled the trim off. Adhesive was left behind.
What do I use to remove the adhesive?

Tried all the above but the stuff that really worked for me was Ironex which is used for cleaning the residue of your irons. If it works for that, it will work on your plane. I used it to strip off the residue adhesive from my Cap 21 when I refinished it. It worked great. If you look at the ingredients , you'll notice it contains Xylol (Xylene), so I bought a can of Xylol at the hardware store and tried that. Worked just as well if not better and it was much cheaper too. Just do it in a well ventilated area.
