Status: offline 		You can buy neoprene washer and use them. Microfasteners.com and homedepot and lowes sometimes carry the neoprene washers as well.

I personally use the Microfasteners ones.

Status: offline 		Go to www.pspmfg.com. They have a real good set of groms for you. I put them on my gen 111-102, and they work great.
